Babysitting Update
I'm finally finished with round number 4. Here's Babysitting:

I haven't worked up my next iteration yet, but I decided to start something new as my "anything goes" piece. And, surprise! surprise! I choose The Nostalgic Needle's
Tree of Life with Dragon, one of the smaller designs I had kitted up. Since it's done over 1 on 32 count, it's going to be really teeny tiny -- 3.5 x 4.5 to be exact. I'm hoping working on something I have a hope of finishing fairly quickly might help with this funk I've been in. We'll see.

Round Three Completed
I finished up round 3 of my rotation with Babysitting rather than Motherhood (as indicated in a previous entry). I worked on her for four days and got in 3,000 stitches. At that rate it'll take about 18 months to finish! Provided I'm able to stick with the 4 days, that is. And the rotation itself, for that matter, although so far it seems to be working fairly well. But really, since I'm not stitching the background she won't take quite that long to finish.
Enough rambling, here she is:

Isn't she marvelous? I just love those little dragon babies! Here's the
link to her page.
I haven't decided on the pieces for the next round yet. All I know is I'll be starting Beauty and the Beast (the one by Yvonne Gilbert) in the "anything goes" slot.

Babysitting WIP
Thanks to the HAED stitching comp, I had a wonderful marathon stitching session today. It's been a very long time since I've done that! I worked on her for 12 hours and got almost 1500 stitches done. Would have gotten more done, but I decided to watch a French comedy on IFC, which turned out to be quite good, and so I spent more time reading subtitles than stitching!
I'm stitching her on 25 count cream Lugana, full stitches one over one.
