These I'm setting aside for now because I already have another WIP by the designer: Alpine Seasons, Angel Procession, Celestial Dragon, Egyptian Garden, Fairy Dreams, Polar Lights, St. George and the Dragon #2 (Character Creations), The Dreamer, Watergarden, and Woodland Faerie. Once the current WIP by the designer is finished, I'll add one of these back in.
I've also removed Gibson's Beauty and the Beast since I don't like the way it's coming along on the Jobelan and have decided to restart it on Lugana.
Lastly, I've removed Sistine Chapel. I'm not sure if that will be a permanent removal or if later on it might appeal to me again. But let's face it, I really only wanted it because it's so HUGE.
And I added Night back in.

I'm already looking forward to working on her again at the end of my next iteration.
The projects for iteration number 6 are:
Anything goes: A Rose Among Thorns
Favorite: Victory (Fenech)
Non-HAED: Flower Power
HAED: Luna, Sol, and Stella
Favorite: Goblin Tree
BAP: Beauty and the Beasts
Finish: Angel of Frost

Lovely, isn't it? I really like how the silhouttes of the trees are turning out. Michelle is quite a genius when it comes to charting -- it would have been so easy for the bunches of pine needles to look like blobs. I spent a lot of time gaping in wonder at the detail on this.
I put in some stitches on Motherhood earlier and have decided to trash it. I really dislike stitching with two threads! I also was not enjoying the lavendar fabric which is so close to many of the thread colors. I had about 4,000 stitches done on this previously, but decided to restart because I had used a full cross of the Kreinik braid and it bunched up and made the poor woman look like she had shiny scars on her body. I also wanted to try the 20 count fabric on something small. Anyway, I may go back to my first attempt -- once it's framed the ridges of Kreinik may not be so noticable.
I was going to pick up the first Motherhood WIP and work on that in the finishing slot, but had a brainstorm when reading the HAED message board. I've got quite a bit of work done on Babysitting and would really like to see it finished. But at the rate I'm going (and trying to fit everything in) that would be years. So I've decided to change the rules for the finishing slot and instead of working on the piece with the fewest number of stitches to go I'm going to work on a piece I'd like to get finished sooner rather than later. Which for now will be Babysitting.

I did a little rearranging so that after the finishing slot I allowed myself to work on whatever I pleased. And wahlah!
First, all my WIPs are divided into two main categories. HAEDs (30) and Everything Else (35). The plan is to get to each of these at least once before starting the whole thing over again. It will likely take years but at least I can pretend I have no UFOs. I also have two designations which get special attention: BAPs and Favorites. Again, I plan to go through all the ones in a certain designation before starting over with that designation. I plan to rotate each project for 4 days and have 7 slots which should get me through a round each month. So for August:
1. Anything goes - Land of Enchantment (HAED)
2. Favorite - Babysitting (HAED)
3. Non-HAED - Noah's Sub (Stoney Creek)
4. HAED - Princess Asleep
5. Favorite - Rose Tinted (HAED)
6. BAP - Bookkeep (HAED)
7. Finish - Peacock Majesty (Just Nan)
Hopefully this will be flexible enough that I can stick to it without resentment and structured enough that the anxiety that mounts with a screaming rotation of 65 projects will be alleviated. Very HAED-heavy, but I've been feeling a bit deprived and the withdrawl certainly contributed to the neglect my poor Houses of Hawk Run Hollow received.
If you're not an obsessional stitcher you're probably wondering why the men in the white jackets haven't come to get me a long time ago. But those of you are, you know exactly what I mean!
